Looking for the BAT-CONNECT-V (Verizon) model?
Modernize any older alarm panel with these great BAT-CONNECT add-ons!
NOTE: This communicator requires 18-22ga wire (not supplied) to connect to your alarm control panel. We recommend a 6′ piece of 4 conductor 22ga nonshielded wire available at a home supply center such as Lowes/Home Depot where it is sold by the foot. Also you MUST know your panel’s Installer Code to setup this communicator for use.

I am using the Bat-Connect with my older Honeywell panel. I like the ability to connect by Internet and cellular to the monitoring facility. Remote controlling my alarm system from a cell phone is an added bonus since I never had that ability previously. Chris was kind enough helping me over the phone with some hook up questions before I got started. I was up and running in about 30 minutes from start to finish. Great customer service, great product, great pricing.

Very easy to install with my DSC Power832 alarm panel that is about 12 years old. Didnt realize it was this easy to get remote control capability without buying a whole new panel. I’m using both WIFI as well as the cellular and the app is very responsive. Highly recommend this product. I’m using this company for alarm monitoring too. First because they helped me hook everything up over the phone (most will not) and two great pricing. Thanks Tim!

Easy to hookup to my Vista-15P alarm panel. My firmware was fairly old (too old for Total Connect 2 without upgrading the PROM) but this communicatort did the trick. The fact that it also supported WIFI and not just a plugin Ethernet was perfect. This was the only communicator I could find that supported 5G and of course backwards compatible with 4G/LTE. The Alula app on my iPhone works well and my wife uses an Android phone and the app looks and works the same. The techs at Safehomecentral walked me through the install but it was pretty easy anyway.

Definitely easy enough to hook up without being an alarm guy. Just a few wires connecting to my DSC PowerSeries (PC1616). Booted up and saw the network with plenty of signal despite being in the basement. Was warned this may not be a good spot but the last communicator was down there and this one worked too.
